Shipping Policy


    Kindly note that the below shipping guide is only for reference purposes. The actual shipping period may var​y depending upon holidays,​ customs, and circumstantial factors. Customers will be notified about t​he shipping status via email after the shipment has been dispatched and can also track their orders through Order Status.


    1. Shipping Time and Warehouse 

    NAVICADDIE uses several methods for shipping products. We recommend certain delivery methods for different products, based on weight or size, to give our customers the most dependable and competitive pricing available. All orders ship from either our USA and CN warehouse.

    All orders are subject to a 24-72 working hours processing period before shipping. NAVICADDIE uses the best carriers in the business, but we are unable to offer same-day shipping service or guarantee overnight or 2nd-day delivery.

    The shipping period mentioned in the below guide does not include the order processing time.

    We have 2 different shipping methods are offered: registered airmail and DHL, the respective shipping time will be:

    1) The registered airmail can reach the majority of countries, while the shipping time will take longer, it will take about 12-30 business days to arrive after shipment.

    2) DHL will take 5~10 business days to deliver the products. We all know that DHL is always faster than airmail but is also expensive. If you choose DHL, that means that you accept to clear the customs if it is stuck there. 

    2. How much does the shipping cost?

    The price depends on the weight of the product, the origin, the destination, the shipping method and warehouses, and other considerations. Detailed pricing information is visible when placing an order.

     *Currently, we are only able to accept orders and shipments within the regions list on the Order page.

     *Please note that delivery may be delayed on weekends and holidays.( If there is a holiday, DHL Logistics will need to express the warehouse, which may waste 4-5 working days. This is a force majeure factor, which is accepted by both parties by default.)

    3. How to Expedite Shipping Your Order

    Please fill in the complete delivery address, including the name of the recipient, the company name, the apartment number, floor number, street name, and effective phone number to avoid delay or loss of parcels. If the parcel is lost due to subjective reasons such as address failure, NAVICADDIE cannot be responsible.

    We use a third-party address verification system, so please enter your address information exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing or shipment of your order.

    If your order is returned to NAVICADDIE as undeliverable from our shipping partners, you will need to place a new order. Please contact customer support to resolve your payment issue at official@navicaddie.com.

    Save time and avoid frustration by entering the address information in the appropriate boxes and by double-checking for typos and other errors.

    4. About Customs Tax

    Taxes may apply to imported goods/services and is regulated by the country's law. NAVICADDIE is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

    If the package cannot be delivered or returned normally because the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance/payment of customs duties, Refund won't be processed if the buyer doesn’t complete customs. Buyers can neither receive the product nor refund finally. 

    *For EU Taxes

     From 1 July 2021,NAVICADDIE generally will need to collect VAT on sales of goods delivered to EU consumers, including circumstances where goods are delivered from outside of the EU with an order value of up to EUR 150, or where goods are shipped from within the EU where the seller is established outside the EU.

    If any logistics delay occurs, you may send an email to official@navicaddie.com, and we will do our best to contact the logistics company to help resolve the issue.

    5. Non-Refundable Shipping

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees cover the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason.

    To better serve NAVICADDIE users around the world, this return & exchange policy is issued in accordance with customer protection laws or regulations across the European Union (EU), the United States and mainland China, as well as the brand philosophy of NAVICADDIE.

    The NAVICADDIE return & exchange policy only covers products, as defined herein, purchased through our official website (https://navicaddie.com).


    7-Day Satisfaction Guar anteed Return Policy

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from navicaddie.com for any reason, you have 7 days from the date of receipt (starting from 00:00 the next day) to request a return.

    To qualify for a 7-day satisfaction guaranteed return, all the following requirements must be met:

    About return fees:

    • Under the 7-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy, customers shall prepay all shipping charges;
    • Refunds will be processed and paid within 4 weeks of NAVICADDIE’s receipt of the product.

     

    Your return application will be rejected by NAVICADDIE if:

    • The return is requested beyond 7 days from the date of receipt;
    • All accessory items, giveaways, the user manual, or original packaging included with your purchase is missing or damaged with your return;
    • valid receipt or proof-of-purchase cannot be provided, or is counterfeited or altered in any way;
    • Product defects or damage is caused by any alterations, spillage of liquid, sand, oil, etc., improper installation, or use not in accordance with the user manual;
    • Product defects or damage is caused by accident (including without limitation collision, fire, flood, earthquake, traffic accidents);
    • The returned product is not sent out within 7 days of return service confirmation with NAVICADDIE customer service;
    • The returned product is not sent out in accordance with the requirements from NAVICADDIE customer service;
    • There occur other scenarios not meeting the conditions under this return policy.


    15-Day Easy Exchange

    If there exists quality issue with the product purchased from navicaddie.com, you have 15 days from the date of receipt (starting from 00:00 the next day) to request an exchange. You can apply to exchange for a different colour, or in exchange for a higher-priced product by filling the difference in price.

    Note: You won’t be refunded the difference in price if you apply to exchange for a lower-priced products.

    • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.

     

    Your exchange application will be rejected by NAVICADDIE if:

    • The exchange is requested beyond 15 days from the date of receipt;
    • Valid receipt or proof-of-purchase cannot be provided, or is counterfeited or altered in any way;
    • The returned product is incomplete or suffers physical damage caused by human factors;
    • No product defects or damage is identified by NAVICADDIE technical support team;
    • Product defects or damage is caused by any alterations, spillage of liquid, sand, oil, etc., improper installation, or use not in accordance with the user manual;
    • Product defects or damage is caused by accident (including without limitation collision, fire, flood, earthquake, traffic accidents);
    • The returned Product is not sent out within 7 days of exchange service confirmation with NAVICADDIE customer service;
    • There occur other scenarios not meeting the conditions under this exchange policy.
